Dimer acid is a viscous yellow transparent acid, at higher temperatures, the carboxyl group on a variety of reactions can occur, a common reaction with amines into amides, containing traces of dimer acid and a small amount of monomer acid Three poly acid.
Potential Applications : High purity dimer acid: be used to compose high-grade polyamide resin, hot-melt adhesive, epoxy curing agent, oil field corrosion inhibitor and so on.
